Return&Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date the last item in your order was delivered.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with our customer service email first at service@shopkaraku.com to obtain authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return/exchange in your email.
- All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
- USA returns and exchanges: customers are required to cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges of items that are not defective. Please note that each order is allowed one return or exchange. Additionally, if you need to return the product, a $6 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the original order.
- Countries other than the USA returns and exchanges: customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging non-defective items. Please note that each order qualifies for one return or exchange only. Additionally, if you need to return the product, a $6 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the original order.
- Exchanges for items of higher value will require you to pay the price difference.
- If the exchange item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

Exclusions/Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- No returns or exchanges on gift cards and also include "Mystery Box", or any items marked as final sale.
