Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

You will receive email notifications for each package shipped, considering different warehouses, additional preparation time for clearance or sale items, and courier weight limits; Pre-order products will ship when they become available.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

My order says it was delivered but wasn’t where is it?

Occasionally, packages are marked “delivered” before they’re dropped off. In the meantime, please look around the surrounding area or you can ask your family members if they have signed for you, or contact your neighbors in case it was misdelivered. If it was not, please let us know so we may also escalate this with express company.

What is your return policy?
