Implementing the concept of environmental protection
Karaku actively practices environmental protection concepts and contributes to sustainable development by adopting environmentally friendly materials, optimizing packaging, innovating design concepts, and donating clothing.
1. Environmentally friendly materials
Karaku uses natural dyes and harmless dyeing techniques in clothing materials to reduce pollution to water sources and the environment, while reducing the use of chemicals in the production process, further improving the environmental friendliness of the clothing.

2. Environmentally friendly packaging
Karaku's packaging uses biodegradable and recyclable paper bags instead of traditional plastic packaging, which not only effectively reduces the generation of plastic waste, but also conveys the brand's commitment to environmental protection to consumers.

3. Innovative design concept
Karaku designers strive to create classic and durable styles to avoid the overconsumption caused by fast fashion. At the same time, the rise of modular design and multifunctional clothing allows consumers to flexibly match clothing according to different occasions and improve the utilization rate of clothing.

4. Clothing donation
Karaku also actively participates in clothing donation projects, and is committed to encouraging consumers to donate unused clothing to people in need or charities to promote resource reuse. At the same time, Karaku has also set up a special recycling agency to help reduce the impact of discarded clothing on the environment.

Clothes that should be discarded will be used to support the poor in Myanmar and Vietnam through development developed by <Fulkul> certified non-profit organization Bridge Asia Japan (*1).
In addition to reducing clothing waste, we also contribute to the effective use of limited resources.

Social Initiatives
We envision a future that brings a smile to everyone connected with KARAKU.
As a fashion and lifestyle brand, we are taking action,
one step at a time, in the ways we can.
From protecting the environment to conserving finite resources and energy, we engage with the challenges facing our society. We value choices that lead to a better future and contribute to our communities in ways that reflect who we are.
Making the future a little brighter, one garment at a time.
CAT Charity Project
At KARAKU, we support rescue cats through our CAT COLLECTION—a collection that puts our love for cats into every garment.
For every eligible cat-themed item you purchase, we donate $1 from the sale to Neco Republic.
Each piece you choose helps care for rescue cats and brings them one step closer to finding a new family.
Wear. Support. Connect.
A kinder future for cats, one garment at a time.
Clothing Donation Project
Clothing that would otherwise be discarded is put to use through Furukuru, a program run by the certified nonprofit organization Bridge Asia Japan (BAJ), to support people facing poverty in Myanmar and Vietnam.
By reducing clothing waste, we also help make better use of our limited resources.

Autism AwarenessDonation Campaign
April 2 is World Autism Awareness Day. Blue is its symbolic color, representing comfort and hope.
To encourage greater understanding of autistic people in our communities, KARAKU launched a campaign running from April 2 to May 2, 2024.
During this period, KARAKU pledged to donate $3 from the sale of every garment in our indigo-dyed collection to Autism Society Japan.
Autism Society Japan works toward a future in which people on the autism spectrum, their families and those around them can all live happily together.
