Based in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, tattoo artist HORIMITSU draws on the rich heritage of Japanese tattooing. Having trained under a master tattoo artist, he continues to explore the art form through a distinctive visual language inspired by ukiyo-e, classical Japanese stories, and contemporary visual culture.
