International Shipping

Shipping rates for international customers are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping does not cover taxes or duties. If you refuse an order placed on shopkaraku.com, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred during shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for information regarding applicable taxes or duties. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Orders from shopkaraku.com are processed and shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that shipping does not occur on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is time-sensitive, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the comments section of the order form. If it appears that your items will not be available by the requested date, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option to choose alternatives or cancel your order if necessary.

If only a portion of your order is ready for immediate shipment, those items will be sent first. The remaining items will follow as soon as they become available, with no additional shipping charges incurred. If you prefer to receive your entire order in a single shipment, please specify this in the "comments" section of the order form.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. This will enable you to track your order through the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation

* Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the items. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours after the order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is over 24 hours after order was placed, there would be a 15% cancellation fee. If the package has already been sent, you will not be able to cancel the order.

When you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24h after the order is placed, it is preferred to sending mail to hello@shopkaraku.com. If  you contact us by e-mail, please write order NO and "Cancel" in the subject line for quicker dealing with your case.
