International Shipping

Shipping rates for international customers are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping does not cover taxes or duties. If you refuse an order placed on, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred during shipment. Please contact your country's customs office for information regarding applicable taxes or duties. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

Time-Sensitive Orders

If your order is time-sensitive, please indicate your preferred delivery date in the comments section of the order form. If it appears that your items will not be available by the requested date, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option to choose alternatives or cancel your order if necessary.

If only a portion of your order is ready for immediate shipment, those items will be sent first. The remaining items will follow as soon as they become available, with no additional shipping charges incurred. If you prefer to receive your entire order in a single shipment, please specify this in the "comments" section of the order form.
