The M-43 boot, originally worn by the Navy in the 1940s and retired in 2016, gained fame from "The Great Escape." Retaining its 1963 design, this version features a water-resistant suede upper, durable double-stitching, and a unique turn-up technique. Ideal for rugged outdoor adventures and casual wear, it combines classic style with practical function.

Desert boots originated during World War II when British soldiers in North Africa needed durable, lightweight footwear. Made from suede with crepe rubber soles, they were ideal for hot desert conditions. The boots' advantages include breathability, comfort, and versatility, making them perfect for both casual and semi-formal occasions.

This brand is amazing. I have many of the casual sport shoes, and these boots are great too. Never a hot spot, even on the first day wearing on a long day of traveling and flying. Love them.
This is my second pair. I purchased these a few years ago and finally need to replace the. I was happy find that they were still available I really like the suede.
The craftsmanship is solid, and the suede is high quality, but I did notice some minor stitching frays after a few months of use. Otherwise, they’re holding up well.
The boots are well-made and stylish, but I found the suede requires a lot of maintenance to keep them looking fresh. Not a dealbreaker, but something to consider.
